Interview
The interview process at Memar Company was structured and professional. It began with an initial phone screening where I was asked about my background, experience, and technical skills. This was followed by an in-person interview with a panel of senior architects and HR representatives. During the in-person interview, I was asked to demonstrate my proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit through a practical test. Additionally, I was asked situational and behavioral questions to assess my problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills. The process concluded with a final interview focusing on cultural fit and my long-term career goals. Overall, it was a thorough process aimed at evaluating both technical expertise and interpersonal skills.
