Interview
During the interview process we sat in the facility and went over the description of the position and what my responsibilities where. They also stated that i would need a background check and so fourth and i agreed. I didn't have a certification in activities coordination however if they are interested in me that they would give me the position and i will learn as i go. Then after my backround check and so fourth I spoke with the LPN which was also the manager of the facilities and she asked me how i would help the company i told her i was interested in going back to school for art therapy and i would incorporate that knowledge in my work. So they decided to keep me and hired me a few days later.
