Was a great opportunity to learn. Community was great and overall had a wonderful experience. Began as a sales associate and was quickly promoted, I stayed for 1 year. Sales staff are treated well and responsibilities delegated fairly and is very well organized.

It was very simple... I interviewed with the district manager... she asked about my previous work experiences and how I can use them at Mendocino. She asked me to describe my personal style and to sell a piece of clothing that I was currently wearing to her.

Interview
It was very unprofessional. It was a very laid-back informal interview. I was told that if I called in sick or if I wanted weekends off they would not keep me employed. It was a very blunt interview as they were seeking someone who could fulfill the position requirements.
