1 hour of competency based questions which required me to detail how I've handled challenging situations and how I might encourage engagement. Followed by 1.5 hour tasks where I had to write an article and a poster

Structured questions with a preference towards 'example questions' Friendly panel interview style; was encouraged to ask for rephrases of questions and take my time. Was given a lot of information, both on the organisation and amount of time I should expect to wait before I heard back with the outcome
