The long and exhaustive process started with a telephonic interview followed by three rounds of interview on google meet. At times the schedule of the meeting would be changed at the last moment without prior notice. They were hiring for a fresher position but kept repeating that I was not having prior experience and they want someone with experience still would select me for further rounds. At the final call they wanted me to settle for a way low CTC than what they were promising to offer in the job description and finally I had to turn down the offer. The amount quoted was 4.5-8 LPA but they wanted me to join them at an offer of lower than 3LPA . Its very unprofessional of a company like this to do so.
