I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meraki (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
The very first step was a phone screening with a support manager followed by two technical online interviews by support engineers and three onsite interviews with support managers at HQ
I do not mind doing extensive technical interviews including scenarios. Using the cisco lab tool to simulate network issues was fine. What i do not like is being bullied on an interview. The interviewer was too pushy, and I got the impression he was there aiming to proof me wrong. He was enjoying it.
If he let me explained my angle we would arrive to the same conclusion.
Waste of time, and energy.
Please train better the interviewers
Long and intense. Unfortunately, the person conducting my last technical interview was new to the team (a senior colleague was shadowing him). He did not behave professionally. The senior colleague apologizes at some point in the interview for the attitude of his peer.
I declined to forward in the hiring process, once they invited me to meet them at their office (last step in the hiring process).

Interview
I got a call from a recruiter for 10'. He asked me about my experience. He call me the next day to set up a technical interview with the Supervisor. The interview took 1h. It was based on troubleshooting scenarios. I got an offer one week after the interview.
