Email correspondence to set up first interview. First interview was virtual over zoom with team lead and CFO. Prompt email to set up second interview with CEO. Second interview over zoom. A day or so later, phone call from CEO with follow up question and offer.

I spoke with the owner/founder for almost two hours. He is an extremely bright and talented person who is exceptionally easy to speak with. Our discussion was free flowing and based on candor so we each could determine if there was a match.
