Envié la postulación por la bolsa de trabajo de la facultad. Al día siguiente me contactaron por mail para tener una entrevista con recursos humanos. A las dos semanas tuve la entrevista con los manager del puesto. Como ultima instancia hubo una entrevista grupal en donde tuvimos que resolver un problema en grupo.

Der Ablauf war unkompliziert und gut strukturiert. Ich habe eine Einladung zu einem Videocall erhalten, in dem ich mich persönlich vorgestellt habe. Dabei habe ich über meinen bisherigen Werdegang gesprochen und erklärt, warum ich gerne bei Mercedes-Benz arbeiten möchte. Zum Abschluss wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich zeitnah eine Rückmeldung von Mercedes-Benz erhalten werde.
