Merchants Quay Ireland interview questions

Standard competency based interview, but the process was very long and drawn out. Was told I was shortlisted, but they were unsure about the next steps. Kept me hanging on for as to whether the position had been filled or not and then were very slow giving feedback when requested. Feedback was not constructive - "You were great and had excellent answers but someone else was better." Job was then re-advertised less than 3 months after being filled, and they would not reconsider applications.
