Mercury Mosaics initially conducted a phone interview with me, inquiring about my bachelor's degree and my work experience that was relevant to the position. After passing the preliminary screening, I was sent 4 documents: an official application, a tile related math worksheet, a MasterTech 200 question personality test (based on Scientology), and a testing waiver. After completing these documents, I was invited to an in person interview during which I was asked standard questions about my experience and what about the company excited me. Following the 30 minutes portion of interview questions, there was 4 series of hands on testing, completing a variety of tasks that would be required of the position. Lastly, there were two additional "IQ" tests that were filled with trick questions and nonsensical "logic" questions, both of which were developed by Ron L Hubbard, the founder of Scientology. These tests took 45 minutes to complete, and the over all in person interview process took 2 hours.
