Call came from Talent Acquisition Recruiter. Asked the following questions:
1) Tell me about your last sales experience.
2) How long have you worked in real estate?
3) Why should we choose you?
Went very well. I am hoping they will consider me for a position. Look forward to the second interview. Process seems normal. May get called back with the week. They seem to be very interested.

Interview
Pretty basic, and long. You’ll have to do like a 2 hour mock showing. You’ll apply online, then someone from corporate will screen you. You’re then passed on to the market leaders for the remainder since they make the ultimate decision.
