The process was a standard application, two online assessments, one phone Interview, and one in person Interview.. I got my offer within 2 months, I applied in December, heard back early January.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you handle work by under pressure/ handling multiple deadlines on tasks?
Started with 1 phone call, then 1 video call and in that video call they'll ask you 15+ questions. Fairly easy questions to answer. Everyone is very kind. I really liked this company's interview process, it took 2 weeks for less.
1 intro call, followed by interview with team lead (2 months later). Intro call is a quick overview of the job description from a recruiter from corporate, then you have a digital meeting with (in my case) 2 vps from the division (location) you are applying to.
