I applied through LinkedIn. Got a call from HR and she asked to come for an interview. Firstly, it took 3 hours to commence the interview process. After waiting for so long, 1st round started which was normal face to face stress cum situation based round where interviewer was checking analytical, decision making, etc. After that, next round was with CEO of the company where he just asked about background and all. The main problem is with company is their HR policy or so. CEO asked me to call after 2 days to check result with the HR. I called the HR but she was unavailable and she didn't call back. After 3-4 days, I dropped an email to HR asking for my result and again she didn't reverted. At least, HR can revert with the result if a candidate is asking for, no matters whether its positive or negative.
