I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Merrill in May 2011
Interview
Started with basic phone interview describing the position and functions. Some behaviorial questions, resume questions, basic behaviorial questions. Emailed me back in a week to set-up an in-person interview at the office.
Next was a 1:1 interview at the office, which lasted about 45 min, more behavioral questions: "walk me through your resume", "tell me about a team experience", etc. Pretty difficult to read the interviewer (he was a FA, after-all), but I guess I did alright because I got the offer the day after.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself? Walk me through your resume
Nice, boss was easy-going. Was not intimidating. Would interview again and recommend to a friend. Friendly environment. I am glad to have worked there and consider going back in the future.
The interview was for a part-time internship position at the company. It was a pleasant experience, just general questions about academic and previous work experience. Overall I had a good interview.
There was an online application, phone interview, and two IN-person interviews. Overall, the process wasn't too bad. Most questions were personality based with one or two technicals. Recommend going through this process to anyone!
