I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Met Film School (Ealing, England)

Was barely interviewed. Seemed more like if the interviewer liked you and you agreed with them than looking for experience or qualifications. Just sat in staff room while interviewer ate sandwiches. Very informal. Students were being talked about in the staff room while I was there. Indiscreet.
