I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Menlo Park, CA) in Oct 2017
Interview
The hiring process is pretty good and fast. I applied through an employee referral and got the first mail in 2 days from the recruiter to schedule a date for telephonic interview. The interview went well but they scheduled another phone interview. I was called on-site after the second interview and there were 3 rounds. The questions asked were leetcode easy - medium. Maybe I got little nervous while answering 1-2 questions which actually resulted in a rejection email in just 2 days.

Question 1
Signed an NDA. However, in the telephonic round, they asked to convert a Roman number to an integer, find the contiguous subarray with sum = target.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2022
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter, who asked me for my resume and a handful of questions about my graduation date and future prospects. (This is probably a small mistake, but there was also clearly a template section of the email the recruiter forgot to remove or fill out.
Then I was sent a take-home assessment as well as scheduling for a code interview. The take-home assessment was standard, aside from the number of questions and short time allotted (about 5 questions in 60 minutes). The interview was also similar, though we only went over two questions. However, the interviewer was 10 minutes late, highly unhelpful and unresponsive during the interview, did not stay longer to make up for being late, and was clearly distracted throughout (I could hear Outlook going off periodically).
Overall, highly unprofessional. Also of note is that I was contacted a few days after Meta tanked their own stocks.

Question 1
Do you have (or will you be anticipating) any offer deadlines or other interviews with other companies at the moment? If so, with who and when?
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Meta in Nov 2015
Interview
First Phone Interview. Was really disappointed with the decision. I wrote the most optimal code exactly without any bugs and still was rejected. I have no idea why. This is the worst interview i have ever given. I think the whole interview process is messed up.
