Interview
The process was very thorough and had several rounds of interviews -- 2 phone screens, seven 1:1 interviews over several weeks. Start to finish the process spanned over 2 months.
The recruiter was very helpful and answered all my questions along the way. The HR team was very organized and quick to work on feedback provided. I was very impressed!
The team in Austin took the time to get to know me and were eager to answer all my questions. When the director of the department, three levels above the role I was interviewing for, took time to speak with me, it left a very positive impact!

Interview
3 to 4 interviews. The First was with the sourcing recruiter, 2nd was with the hiring or team manager, and the third interview involved about 3 or 4 individuals from the S2P group. Note: you might have 1 individual who will be working alongside you (a teammate) if you get hired.
