I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meta
Interview
The interview process is very elaborate and thorough and takes close to a month to complete. The interviews themselves were good and detailed. The recruitment coordinator was the weakest link, and unnecessarily crude in closing the loop and delivering my interview feedback and results.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Meta (London, England)
Interview
Met with multiple people on the content team. Was then given a timed UX writing test. Did well on that and was then asked to present on my background. The recruiter was very keen the whole process and then completely ghosted me at the final stage. It was extremely unprofessional, especially since the whole process took 2-3 months and took a lot of time and energy.

Interview
Was a few months long process overall, that was initially 2-3 phone interviews. Then, I had a zoom interview with two team leads to talk about the role. It was most behavioral questions and “tell me about a time you…”

Muitas etapas, mais de 3 meses para dar um retorno final (negativa dada na véspera de natal). Uma das entrevistadoras sequer leu meu CV antes da entrevista, o que levou a um grande constrangimento.
