it was a Lengthy process, it was all unpaid, and there was even no feedback on the process at all from the interviewers ( part of their policy) would have liked to receive some feedback

easy to fill, basically copy pasting info from resume to the application in order to create a profile. You can upload a cover letter, but it is not required. Portoflio and resume should let the recruiter know about your background.
