I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Meta (Menlo Park, CA) in Sep 2022
Interview
Made it to final round of interviews, but was left without a response, given the market it make sense. Mostly talked about system design and past work. The interviewers where nice, but seemed a bit uninterested.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Meta (London, England) in Mar 2025
Interview
The interview process at Meta was excessively lengthy, involving multiple redundant stages with various recruiters and technical interviews. Despite receiving very positive feedback on my technical performance, no offer was made following a review by the hiring committee, ultimately wasting my time. All the hours I spent interviewing are equal to at least one day of work that I would be happy to charge Meta for—what a productive use of time!

Question 1
the recruiter was so incompetent that it's hard to remember their questions
Didn't work out, I just wasn't qualified for the position offered. It took a while to get through this process but I understand why I wasn't picked. Ultimately I just wasn't the right person for the job so I'm glad they found someone else.
