Metro Lifestyle interview questions

I arrived early and completed a questionnaire form to confirm my competency for the role. I ticked all the boxes and had the relevant experience and skills. I was told they are very happy with me and that I will definitely recieve a call before the end of the same day confirming the final interview date. 2 days later I followed up and was left with no response. I'm very disappointed in this lack of communication, etiquette is very important to carry wherever you go with anybody. I may be a interviewee today but tomorrow I can be a client. This needs to be taken into consideration, a simple response and keeping your word would suffice.
