Anonymous process and I was happy with the recruitment process. It was truly anonymous. I received good feedback after the interview even though I did not got the job. Interviewers were professionals.

Interview
A video call with HR and department leader who briefly presented the tasks and excused himself due to another upcoming meeting which left me with the HR round. HR literally pressed herself to a smile over the phone which sounded ridiculous and it was obvious she was reading off the script. Both showed up and expected a candidate to take over the talk without even introducing themselves. My questions were not fully answered - the team lead literally cited a phrase published on their website - my leadership is demanding. If that's he's got to say about how he leads people, that was one of the red flags.
