Interview process was very simple and i had completed all three rounds in just 1 day. 1st round was with the HR Executive and they simply ask for your previous experience and personal information. 2nd round was with the HR Head, there you need to describe about your KRA's in previous organisation. In hand salary discussion and challenges that you had faced in your last job. 3rd round was with the Head of Marketing and they were discussing about the current situation in retail stores and what we can add in to it.
