I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MiOS (Timişoara) in Jul 2019
Interview
One of their recruiters contacted me on LinkedIn. After the initial phone conversations, I was sent a project to complete at home with no time limit. I finished it over the weekend and that was it.

Question 1
There was no technical interview, a decision was made based on the quality of the code from the take-home assignement.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at MiOS (Iaşi) in Jul 2015
Interview
The first interview was with HR( one person) and the QA Lead. The interview was via Skype ( only audio) and it took for about 40 minutes. The whole discussion was very relaxed. Typical questions about the company that I work for, why I want to leave and all the HR-specific questions. Also a presentation of their company was made. In this discussion were also technical questions put by their tech guy.

Question 1
What is: regression testing, black box testing, white box testing, sanity testing and general questions about manual testing. Also, some ad-hoc questions were present like: please tell me what tests can you make on the "Run" app from Windows. The difficulty was not too high. No feedback was given after every answer from my side. Just a simple "Yes".
