I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Michelin North America in May 2016
Interview
Started with a 30 minute phone interview with a recruiter from SC. He told me at the end of the interview that he would like to set up an onsite interview. The onsite interview was about 3 weeks later. I had 3 one on one interviews and then went out to lunch with another individual in which we talked about the company some more. I left the company and the recruiter called me about 2 hours later to offer me the job.
The professionalism exhibited by each person I came in contact with was top notch! The love they showed for the job and the company was impressive. I am very excited for the opportunity that was provided to me.
Be ready to go over your resume, highlighting areas that match up with the job you are applying for. Also if the job is going to require you to be on the floor a lot, if you aren't willing to get dirty then it's probably not the job for you.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Michelin North America (Ardmore, OK) in Mar 2018
Interview
Phone interview scheduled to last 45 minutes, but lasted closer to an hour. The interviewer told me about his experience and then proceeded to ask a variety of behavior type questions, no technical questions. He then asked if I had any questions about the position or the company in general. To conclude the interview, he said he would pass on his evaluation to the plant and then they will decide if they want to interview me on site. 13 days from application to phone interview and as of March 23rd we are coordinating schedules to bring me down to do an onsite interview.

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Michelin North America
Interview
Application was accepted for the interview and on the phone interview, it seemed more like a background check where they ask mostly about my experiences. Then was the assessment which I thought I did pretty well but however got rejected.
