Michigan Center Schools interview questions

It was a great process. It was on a panel with 5 other teachers from the building. They were all very welcoming and informative about the job. They all were attentive when listening and asked basic questions like why would you be a good fit, describe a challenging moment you had with a student, tell us about your experience and background in teaching, ect.
