One interview only. Only hires current MSU Students. Asked questions about how you will troubleshoot basic hardware and software. For eg, what do you do when your computer says “no booting device available”? And some other customer orientation based behavioral questions

Interview
Emailed to come in for an interview. Had an interview with panel in person. The panel asked series of questions and only lasted 15 minutes or 30 minutes. Very laod back and low key.
