I worked at Michigan State University part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

My job at the MSU Main Library was one of the highlights of my college career! There is such a friendly and laid back environment, and my coworkers were always friendly and supportive.

    Cons

Other parts of the University are not always responsive to the wants and wishes of those who make it work. Upper management at the Library often made decisions without the input of my department, and the University Administration's attempts at impartiality left many students feeling unsafe and unnoticed.
