I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Micro Center (Dallas, TX) in Sep 2013
Interview
The interview process was very easy, the manager who interviewed me was very nice. She asked basic interview questions. I recommend for all interviews, not only for micro center, to always smile, use proper manners, and for me relating with the manager was verybhelpful, although getting on the topic is very difficult, but sometimes the opportunity will arise, and you can weasel your way in just by asking a simple question. Fir me the interviewer mentioned her husband had passed, I told her I was very sorry to hear, and she explained it was on a motorcycle. I was able to relate by telling her, that I'm always nervous because my boyfriend rides, and he's not very safe. If you get a long with your interviewer and can be personal with them, the chances of you being hired are greater.

Interview
Very straightforward and all behavioral. Cares about interests and other relevant things about your character/personality (how you fit in). I didn’t have the best hours available as a college student so I wasn’t offered a job.
