I applied through other source. I interviewed at Micro Center
Applied for Vacant General Manager position in North Jersey as an internal employee and I was never interviewed. A representative from HR said she didnt know who I was eventhough I had already been with the company for 5 years with confirmed successful results from my direct supervisor. The district manager at the time came into my store pulled me aside and asked if I applied for General Manager position and I said yes he then told me you are not going to get it so no need to do the interview. If you are wondering I am Afro- American and he was not.
- Never asked any interview questions
