Hiring process took 2 months and consisted of 6 interviews. 1st interview was with the general manager and was asked basic managing questions and was mostly to see if you qualify and if you can get along and align your goals with the GM, 2nd interview was with the district manager and GM a bit tougher but asked about your goals, managing style, etc... 3rd interview was more of a tour of the store and prep for them next big 3 interviews. The next interviews was with the VPs of the company (sales, operations, and HR) this interview was set in Ohio the company flies you to their headquarters to meet with them. The VPs were very relaxed asked a lot of the same questions you fly back home the same day.
