Online application and got a call to come in for an interview asked about my experience and my availability and had to take two test on a computer and then got offered a commission job plus a small hourly also told me that they have 14 days paid training

You'll get an email for an interview, they interview you in a group. You will have to take an exam that has a lot of math and grammar questions. You will have to present one of the other people in the group after interviewing each other. You will be given specific scenarios and asked how you would handle them.

Interview
Very straightforward and all behavioral. Cares about interests and other relevant things about your character/personality (how you fit in). I didn’t have the best hours available as a college student so I wasn’t offered a job.
