Very boring working experience, do not come to this falling company. The management of this company is old. Leaders rarely show up in the office, Almost half of the working spaces are empty.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MicroPort
Interview
I raised an request to change my role and department (one department to this R&D project) with CV. An internal interview happens with project manager and line manager. It's a new project which have limited employees. They would like to find someone who can cover several parts for initlization and basic analysis.
Overall the process went smooth. One of the HR is a bit pushy. The line manager was very nice. Enjoyed the interview process. Declined the offer as the work travel requirements are demanding.
