First a quick phone interviewed was called back a few days later for in person interview with the Manager. Can in a week later the Manager was great, very easy going but professional. Very easy to talk too and was very sure of what she wanted in an intern. Was called the same day and offered the position.

First Start with a phone screen, then move on with a interview with one being with the manager and the other being with the HR team (specifically the NGC program overseers). Afterwards they will screen your references in a small 5 minute call, Afterwards they offer you the role!
