I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Microdec (Brentwood, England) in Sep 2017

Interview

1st interview was informative and casual. Made me feel at ease and did a great job of explaining the company and its culture. 2nd interview was a presentation there were no snipers, constructive and positive questions were asked in the open and honest environment.
