At the career fair, the company proactively collected my résumé and asked me to complete the campus recruitment application online.
Day 19
Received an invitation to submit missing documents.
Day 24
Received an official invitation to confirm the interview schedule.
Day 28
Formal interview.
HR Reminders
The interview will last one hour.
Please go online 5 minutes earlier and prepare your ID and diploma/certificate for HR verification.
Interview results will be available in 1–2 weeks.
Interview Arrangement
There will be a total of three supervisors, covering Shift / Day Shift / Night Shift.
The supervisors will first give a brief introduction of the work in the FAC (Facilities) department.

Q: Are you able to work shifts?
Q: Do you know what our FAC team mainly works on?
Q: If a team member under your supervision is not performing well, how would you handle it?
Q: We’re not sure about your English ability. Could you introduce yourself in English?
Q: Is Micron your first choice? Why didn’t you apply to TSMC instead?
Standard interview questions. First 30 minutes interviewer was explaining the job scope and responsibilities. Remaining time was used to explain past projects. Last 10 minutes used for questions and answers.

I got the interview via campus hiring. The interview process was smooth and its a two-way communication process. Two rounds of interviews, first round with the technical manager, second round with the HR.

There will be a total of 2 rounds of interview. 1st round with the hiring manager and 2nd round with the director of the department. The HR process was very impromptu as they will only give you less than a day to complete all the requirements after confirming your interview date.
