Interview
The interview process lasted all day. 8 hours of interviewing for 2 different positions. This was hinted at in advance. They pay for you and one other person to travel to Boise, look around, and stay at a nice hotel. There are 2 interviews per position, one with each departments leaders and one with the departments upper management.

Questions about intuition. Such as, after providing background information on the process, if something went wrong what might be the cause? What have you accomplished at past positions? are you OK working 12 hour shifts?
