I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Micron Technology (Boise, ID) in Aug 2011
Interview
Had a phone interview, where most of the questions were about your experience. Then a school interview where there are basic ECE questions - RLC circuits and a few coding problems. You then get an 8 interviews in person interview, where they ask you the technical questions. Study your transistors really well as well as coding and memory technologies, specifically NAND and DRAM.
