Applied online, got an email asking for an interview about 2 months later. Interview was over the phone, about an hour, with 3 people I'd be working with. They had me introduce myself and go through my resume and mostly just asked follow up questions about my experiences. They asked a few behavioral and technical questions, but it was pretty relaxed, mostly trying to get more specific information about my experience. Got an offer a few days after the interview.
