Applied for the job and received recruiter call on the same day. 2 video interviews, asking general questions according to resume. Each interview about 45 minutes, interviewed by team leader as well as department manager. Was smooth and not difficult.

Why did you choose micron over the other companies?
I was given by a pair of friendly interviewers. They let me finish the technical test and then take the test to meet the interviewers. Interviewers are professional engineers in their own role and they even shared more details about the job they are hiring.
Face to face at site, standard interview process.
First round had one interviewer, just an overall culture fit check to see if you are capable of understanding the needs of the team.
