there was an online aptitude test followed by an online interview, interview was very general and not much technical questions were asked. It was mostly to know about one's personality and overall attitude towards any problems one face either in professional or personal life.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
It lasted for an hour and asked questions about self-introduction, work experience, and problem-solving experience. In particular, I asked deeply about the process experience. Also, interviewers require expertise and creativity.
Their mass interview was very structured and systematic. Each location has a purpose, whether it's to wait, or listen to a briefing. It feels very orderly, like something you'll experience during a well-structured exam.
