I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Micron Technology (Singapore) in Mar 2024
Interview
The hiring process is pretty streamlined but there is a long waiting time between interview rounds as they tend to do multiple rounds in a single day. The application process feels pretty bad because it doesn't feel like it's based on first come, first served basis or is it based on academic qualifications; feels random or by luck of draw.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Not much technical questions! Mainly asked about how you feel about the job and what you know about the company and why they do the things they do.
Their mass interview was very structured and systematic. Each location has a purpose, whether it's to wait, or listen to a briefing. It feels very orderly, like something you'll experience during a well-structured exam.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Micron Technology (Singapore) in Mar 2026
