Asked me some basic questions about the role i'd applied for. Knowing beforehand what they asked for and what they deemed desirable was benefitial for this interview.
Was before any sort of lockdown, so was me, the lead developer and sales manager. Mainly the sales manager talking but the lead developer pitching in for various questions and technical knowledge based questions.
The questions themselves weren't too difficult or specific. It was relatively generic.
However, where this interview seperated itself was the follow-up. They were interested in my application so lined up a skillset test, where I had to build and submit a contact form application. A sort of bear minimum skillset test as I had very little experience but strong tech savy skillset.
