10 Minute Phone Interview. Then in person interview. Honestly the whole process was a joke. I submitted my application online and heard back almost immediately from the Human Resource Department. Thrilled, I took the interview and talked to not only a Personal in Human Resources but then spoke to the CEO later that day to be told I made it through to the In Person Interview for the position of an Account Manager. Upon arrival to the location the first thing I noticed was the fact that they shared an office with a dentist and a shrink. Waited about 20 - 30 minutes before being interviewed. The interview itself took place across the street at a Bagel Shop while the interview itself was easy it was clear that they were talking fast to hide the fact that this job is a false advertisement of the position. They walk a lot and the move their hands to make it seem like a real job but when they asked if I wanted to see the field they proceeded to give me the address to a BJs wholesale where they tried getting people to buy Direct TV. You are not an account manager. Its a joke.

I was called for a phone screening, which took about 10 minutes, then was asked to come in to personally interview with someone from management. Upon arrival, there were already 3 people waiting. I waited for an hour to be interviewed, and it was pretty clear that poor planning led to waiting this long- after speaking with the person beside me, we learned that they had only allowed 15 minutes for each candidate, which wasn't nearly enough time. Management was friendly and encouraging, but didn't play up the job enough to pique my interest past that point. All in all, felt more like a waste of my time than anything else.
