Online video interview and then in person interview. Simple and easy, got to meet the team before accepting or denying the offer. Everyone had great communication and did a good job selling their company on why it would be a great place to work.

Phone Call with Technical Manager and Office Manager. Took about 15 minutes it was very casual. Then came in for a 1:1 with 3 separate people. That process took an hour. The whole process was very simple and straightforward.

Interview
The interview was very relaxed. I met with the process engineering head, senior engineer, and the experienced engineer. They explained to me what Middough does and went over my resume. I got to ask them questions. Only one or two behavioral questions that were pretty easy.
