Midland Care Connection interview questions

One on one and in-person. Handed me a sample of the interview questions upon arrival. Another peer did state that their interview was recorded, mine was not. Overall it was a typical interview, relaxed, and I was able to ask questions pertaining to my concerns about the position.

Interviews were held online due to covid. It was like a zoom type call. It was very general. However, they did not ask about experience. They went off the resume and assumed the level of experience and did not have you elaborate.
