Recruiter reached out to me 2 months after I applied after I received a rejection email from them, 10 minute phone call and he just asked me about my background, then next was interview with manager on zoom. Interview went well and told me recruiter will be in touch about next steps which will be an onsite interview. I never heard from the company again, they ghosted me, I reach out to the recruiter asking if there is any updates and he never responded. Very unprofessional ghosting a candidate that late into the process, glad I'm not working for a company that unorganized.

Had an interview scheduled for analyst. Hiring manager didn't call at the scheduled time, didn't response to multiple emails after that. Followed up for a week and hasn't received any notification.
