I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Midland Credit Management in Feb 2025
Interview
1. HR screener call - explained the entire process
2. Round 1 - A basic business case on a coffee shop asking simple questions to test logic, quantitative skills.
3. Round 2 - Two parts to this . First a logic puzzle about what customers you would send marketing letters to, and a few basic quantitative questions. Second was a longer business case on a similar marketing letters strategy, but with multiple options and optimizing for profit at each step.
4. Round 3 - First part was a 1 hr business case again, followed by a behavioral interview for 30 mins.
Each round ended with QnA.
Some of their interviewers are not the best at communication and I repeatedly had to ask them follow up questions to get more info about the business cases.

I interviewed at Midland Credit Management (San Diego, CA)
Interview
The phone screening consisted solely of the "tell me about yourself" prompt and a few background questions. The rest of the session was essentially an overview of the subsequent interview process, like an information session. There will be three follow-up rounds, each comprising a case study along with other components, and it sounds quite challenging.

In second round, they asked about a case of book store. A lot of math. In addition, they tested a logic puzzle about mail delivery, which means that they asked you to fill out a form.

Interview
3 rounds of interviews on top of an initial HR screening. The cases are math heavy and kind of confusing and sort of a guessing game for you to ask the right questions.
