When it came to the interview time, it was a scheduled 15 minute interview… that they were 11 minutes late to. Then it was rapid fire questions for 4 minutes and goodbye. It felt very unprofessional. I got a call for a second interview but I am declining due to the initial one. I felt like if they couldn’t respect my time in an interview process then they for sure wouldn’t in a job
