I had to write a cover letter and record a video for the application. I was called for an interview and before the interview they wanted me to take a 30 min test with some case studies. The interview took around 15 mins. Classic questions about my backgorund and future plans etc. After the interview I never heard from them, not even a rejection e-mail. After so much effort on my side with cover letters, videos, tests at least an e-mail with some feedback would be nice.
